SKU constraint can be added to restrict the number of SKUs from group of products to be fulfilled from any warehouse during single/group of period/s.
To add SKU Constraint, click on the SKU constraint under constraint drop down in Data Dashboard. Then click on the add SKU constraint to add individual data or bulk data in respective tabs.
Table Description | |
Period Group | Period group from the period group table to be selected/added |
Warehouse | Select/Add a Warehouse from the warehouse location table. |
Product Group | Select/Add a Product group from the product group table. |
Min | Add the desired minimum number of SKUs from the product group to be fulfilled from the warehouse during selected period group. |
Max | Add the desired maximum number of SKUs from the product group to be fulfilled from the warehouse during selected period group. |
Across Periods | Add “0” to apply the constraint to each period under the selected period group. Add “1” to apply the constraint to the entire period group, covering all periods collectively under the group. |
Status | 1 or 0 can be assigned for active or inactive status of constraint. |
Note | Any remarks/comments can be added in this column. |
The above constraint added will restrict the number of SKUs between 5 and 10 SKUs from product_1 group to be fulfilled from warehouse_1 during period_1.
When there is a need to limit the number of SKUs that can be served from any location within a product group, this constraint can be employed.
